New Delhi, May 10 (Inditop.com) The coming few days shall be hot and humid in Delhi with the maximum temperatures hovering over the 40 degree-Celsius mark, the weatherman said Monday.

“It will be clear skies tomorrow (Tuesday). The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 41 degrees Celsius. It will be a hot and humid day tomorrow just like today,” said an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD).

The humidity level Monday was recorded at 54 percent.

“The maximum temperature recorded today (Monday) was a notch above average at 40.7 degrees Celsius. The minimum was also one degree above average at 26.2 degrees,” the official said.

The maximum temperature recorded Sunday was 39 degrees Celsius.
