New Delhi, June 3 (IANS) Two men have been arrested here for allegedly murdering a 23-year-old mentally unstable man who abused the father of one of them, police said Thursday.
Gagan (22) and Rahul (18) were taken into custody Wednesday on chrges of killing Inderpal May 8 in West Patel Nagar. Gagan was furious with the victim ever since he abused Gagan’s father May 7, said a police officer.
