Abu Dhabi, June 21 (IANS/WAM) The United Arab Emirates (UAE) will host a summit of the Pacific Island nations and the Arab League here June 23-24.
The theme of the summit is ‘Prospects for Cooperation between the Arab world and the Pacific Islands’.
Invitations have been sent to 21 member-states of the Arab League and 14 Pacific Island countries for the summit. The meeting will explore political, economic and cultural ties.
