London, June 24 (IANS) Pop singer Mariah Carey is facing legal action from veterinarian Cindy Bressler, who has filed documents claiming Mariah owes about $30,000 for her services.

Bressler filed claims in a New York court Wednesday, alleging the pop star has paid just $8,200 towards the $37,800 worth of charges for extraordinary services given to her three dogs, JJ, Cha Cha and Dolomite, in one month.

‘She (Bressler) rendered veterinary services including extraordinary services to the defendant’s canines. Bressler performed work, labour and services on the defendant’s canines at the agreed price and reasonable value of $37,790.32, which Mariah agreed to pay,’ the legal document said.

However, Mariah’s spokesperson said her legal team is not aware of the lawsuit.
