New York, June 29 (IANS) Model-actress Stephanie Seymour was ordered to attend a court hearing after she missed a mandatory drug test while she was on vacation in St. Barts, Gustavia with her children.

The former Victoria’s Secret model has been ordered to undergo regular testing, along with her ex-husband Peter Brant, as part of their divorce proceedings and ongoing custody battle over their three children, reports nypost.com.

The 40-year-old claimed she did not see the e-mails which asked her to meet with a doctor who had been sent to her hotel to perform the test.

While Brant’s lawyers claiming that Seymour ‘has a proclivity for combining alcohol with various prescription drugs’ have now asked that the judge order her not to drink.

However, the judge did not find Seymour in contempt, but warned her not to miss future tests.
