Beijing, July 5 (IANS) Twenty-four people were killed and 19 injured after a fire engulfed a company’s shuttle bus in east China’s Jiangsu Province, Xinhua reported Monday.
The bus was carrying 45 employees of a steel company in Wuxi city Sunday night when the fire broke out, DPA said, citing a report of state broadcaster China Central Television.
Several of the injured were in critical condition at a local hospital, the report said.
