New Delhi, July 21 (IANS) Indian Army Chief Gen. V.K. Singh is visiting Vietnam on a four-day visit next week to ‘strengthen’ bilateral military ties between the two countries, an army spokesperson said Wednesday.
This will be the first trip to Vietnam by an Indian army chief in the last 15 years.
