New Delhi, July 27 (IANS) The Lok Sabha was adjourned for the second time Tuesday as soon as the house assembled at noon, following fresh protests by the opposition parties, the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) and Samajwadi Party (SP) over price rise. It was adjourned till 2 p.m.
