New Delhi, Aug 6 (IANS) It will be a hot and humid weekend for Delhiites, the weather office said Friday, adding that there were some chances of rains in the city.
‘The weather will be hot and humid in the weekend too. Skies will be partly cloudy with some chances of rain and thunderstorm,’ said an official of the India Meteorological Department.
The maximum temperature will be around 38 degrees Celsius while the minimum will be about 26 degrees.
On Friday, the rains eluded the capital and the maximum temperature touched 36.9 degrees, three notches above average. The minimum temperature was normal for this time of the season at 27.4 degrees.
Humidity remained between a high of 91 percent and low of 56 percent.
