New Delhi, Aug 18 (IANS) The postal department Wednesday said it has opened special counters in over 34 post offices across Delhi to deliver Rakhi mails.
India Post said it will take special care in handling the Rakhi mails from Aug 12 to Aug 24.
Specially designed Rakhi envelops are also available for sale at these post offices, it said.
