New Delhi, Aug 25 (IANS) The Lok Sabha Wednesday passed the civil nuclear damages bill after 18 amendments were made to the proposed atomic law that triples the liability cap to Rs.1,500 crore from the earlier Rs.500 crore on an operator in case of an accident.
