New Delhi, May 9 (Inditop) A 48-year-old man died after a huge container-truck overturned and fell on him in Sangam Vihar area of south Delhi Saturday, police said.
“He (Prakash) was standing nearby when a container-truck turned upside down in Sangam Vihar. The truck fell on him and he died on the spot,” a police officer said.
“Angry over the incident, his family members and neighbours started protesting and pelted stones at the policemen,” he said.
Eight policemen were injured after about 50 people threw stones at them.
