Mumbai, Sep 29 (IANS) Actor Vivek Oberoi, who recently finished shooting for director-producer Ram Gopal Varma’s film ‘Rakta Charitra’ in three languages, says that it’s acting and expressions that matters – more than language – in films.
‘It’s more about acting than languages. Languages might change but the expression does not. The emotions are universal. It’s more like talking through the eyes,’ Vivek said.
‘Rakta Charitra’ is a biopic on slain Telugu Desam Party leader Paritala Ravi, where Vivek plays the protagonist. The film has been simultaneously made in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu and is scheduled for an October release.
‘You only would heave a sigh of relief that the shot was done, and then you had to shoot it all over again in a different language,’ the actor said.
