Paris, Nov 30 (DPA) French President Nicolas Sarkozy Tuesday described the release of US diplomatic cables by WikiLeaks as ‘the ultimate degree of irresponsibility’, a government spokesman said.
Spokesman Francois Baroin was quoting remarks made by Sarkozy during a cabinet meeting.
The cables leaked Sunday night shed light on how the US secretly views several world leaders. One stated that Sarkozy was considered ‘thin-skinned and authoritarian’.
