New Delhi, May 28 (Inditop) The second round of induction of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh’s council of ministers began at the Rashtrapati Bhavan Thursday with veteran Congress leader and former Himachal Pradesh chief minister Virbhadra Singh being sworn in as cabinet minister.
