New Delhi, May 29 (IANS) The Indian government should seek access to all the perpetrators of the 26/11 Mumbai terror attack and bring them to justice, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) demanded Sunday.
‘Our only demand is that the government of India makes sure that they are able to get access to every witness. They must also make sure that the perpetrators of 26/11 are investigated, brought to book and justice being done,’ party spokesperson Nirmala Sitharaman told reporters here.
She was speaking in context of the ongoing testimony of Lashkar-e-Taiba operative David Coleman Headley in a Chicago court trial of Pakistani Canadian Tahawwur Rana, in which he has claimed that certain officials of Pakistan’s spy agency were involved in planning the Mumbai attack.
