London, May 30 (IANS) A revolver belonging to American gangster Al Capone has been put up for sale in an online auction and could fetch up to 70,000 pounds ($115,000).

The Chicago gangster specially ordered the Colt .38 revolver in May 1929 to murder seven rivals, the Daily Express reported.

Capone – nicknamed ‘Scarface’ – dominated the mafia in Chicago until his arrest in 1931. He died in 1947.

A gun belonging to outlaw Thomas Coleman ‘Cole’ Younger, a member of the James gang with siblings Frank and Jesse, is also up for sale and could fetch up to 85,000 pounds.
