Islamabad, July 2 (IANS) British Prime Minister David Cameron and Pakistan President Asif Ali Zardari have agreed during a meeting in London that both countries will continue to work together for fighting terrorism, it was reported here.
The two leaders met Friday at Downing Street.
Associated Press of Pakistan reported that Zardari and Cameron welcomed the ongoing collaboration between London and Islamabad to tackle extremism and radicalization.
Pakistani president’s spokesperson Farhatullah Babar said that Pakistan and Britain also agreed to prepare a comprehensive plan of action to intensify cooperation in trade and business, defence, education, health, and security.
They said terror was an enemy of both Pakistan and Britain and that the two countries should continue to work together to tackle it.
