New Delhi, July 29 (IANS) After gyrating to the saucy ‘Sheila ki jawaani’, Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif will be seen in a 1970s rockstar avatar in the song ‘Dhunki’ for ‘Mere Brother Ki Dulhan’.

Katrina, dressed casually in a pair of shorts, a white t-shirt and a bright orange inner, holds a guitar in the song, and looks like a complete rockstar.

The 27-year-old shot for the song at Agra fort, and a crowd of over 1,000 gathered in no time, according to a source from the sets of the movie, which is being made under Yash Raj Films banner.

Hence, the filmmakers were lucky to get authentic shots of the crowd. But it was quite a pain to get Katrina out of there.

A team of policemen was called to escort the actress out, and she was taken away in a police van.

‘Mere Brother Ki Dulhan’ also features Imran Khan and Ali Zafar.

Mamata Banerjee gifts Big B ‘mishti doi’

Megastar Amitabh Bachchan sat in his Mumbai residence and relished some ‘mishti doi (sweet curd)’, gifted to him by West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee.

‘And now I as I sip the ‘mishti doi’ gifted to me last night in a most touching and generous manner by the Chief Minister of West Bengal, Mamata Banerjee…,’ Amitabh posted on his blog bigb.bigadda.com.

The 68-year-old recently went to Kolkata to promote his upcoming film ‘Aarakshan’, in which he plays a school principal. The movie, directed by Prakash Jha, releases Aug 12.

Former beauty queen-turned-actress Celina Jaitly says her piano is one of the gifts she treasures most.
