London, July 2 (IANS) The sequel to sci-fi movie “Transformers” has been named as “the most blooper-laden” film of 2009, as cinemagoers spotted around 40 continuity errors and mistakes in the film.

Directed by Michael Bay, “Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen” made over $200 million in the US alone in five days since its release June 24, but the film has been voted far from perfect in a list of errors compiled by website MovieMistakes.com, reports imdb.com.

The site listed 13 errors just after 24 hours of the movie’s release.

“‘Transformers 2’ is now up to 40 mistakes, making it the most blooper-ridden movie of 2009. ‘Angels and Demons’ is at number two, with 19 errors,” said the website creator Jon Sandys.

The biggest blunders in “Transformers: Revenge of The Fallen” include make-believe desert and mountains adjacent to the National Air and Space Museum’s Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center in Virginia and a party scene showing a glass half full, empty and then half full again.

“When Shia LaBeouf’s character Sam is at the frat party, just after he has written the code on the table with cake, he goes and gets a drink. The glass is full, we cut to the girl talking and then back to Sam and the glass is nearly empty, cut to the girl once more and then back to Sam, who has a full glass again,” said Sandys.
