New Delhi, Nov 1 (IANS) Teenager Shivani Rana died by hanging herself from a ceiling fan in her hostel room at a pharmacy institute here, police said Tuesday.
The incident was reported at the Delhi Institute of Pharmaceutical Science and Research in Pushp Vihar around 8 a.m. The 17-year-old left a note saying no one is to blame for the suicide, said police.
