New Delhi, Dec 31 (IANS) Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will give a message to the nation on New Year’s eve, a prime minister’s aide said Saturday.
The message, that is likely to spell out the future direction of the government, will be released later in the afternoon, the aide said.
