New Delhi, Jan 25 (IANS) The Delhi government Wednesday told the Delhi High Court that none of the 446 milk samples checked by its agencies from Jan 1, 2009 to Aug 4, 2011 were found containing any harmful adulterants like detergent or urea.
The affidavit filed by the department of prevention of food adulteration (PFA), Delhi, claimed that milk suppliers had followed the prescribed standards under the PFA Act. “No sample of milk was found having detergent-added urea, neutralizer or any other material injurious to health.”
