New Delhi, July 10 (Inditop.com) In yet another sign of his declining fortunes, former railway minister Lalu Prasad Yadav said Friday he had no problem in sitting on the back benches during the Lok Sabha proceedings if a place could not be found for him in the front row.
“I will follow the speaker’s direction. There is no problem in asking questions even from the back rows of the house,” Lalu Prasad, the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief, told reporters in Parliament House.
Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar is yet to take a decision on allotting front-row seats in the house.
Lalu Prasad is also struggling to retain the office space allotted to the RJD on the third floor of Parliament House following the decrease in his party’s strength in the house.
