Bamako, March 22 (IANS) Rebel soldiers have seized the presidential palace and arrested some of the ministers in Mali, a media report said Thursday.
The whereabouts of President Amadou Toumani Toure were not known, Xinhua reported.
Soldiers occupied Malian national television ORTM in the capital Wednesday and fired into the air to show their displeasure over a conflict in the north of the country.
