New Delhi, July 11 (Inditop.com) The Delhi High Court issued a notice to a school in the capital for not implementing the recommendations of the Sixth Pay Commission.

Justice Siddharth Mridul issued a notice to Ganga International School and the Delhi government asking why the Sixth Pay Commission recommendation was not implemented in the school.

The court was hearing a petition filed by Geeta Dhar along with five other teachers of the school.

In their petition, the teachers contended that the school has charged higher fee keeping in view the new pay commission from this academic year but this has not benefited the teachers.

The court asked the school and the state government to reply by Sep 1, the next date of hearing.
