London, May 24 (IANS) A Singapore property developer plans to construct a swimming pool 38 storeys above the ground and connect two skyscrapers.
The infinity pool will dramatically connect Sky Habitat Singapore’s two towers once the ambitious project is completed in 2016, Daily Mail reported Friday.
With 509 apartments, the Moshe Safdie-designed development in the central island suburb of Bishan will offer residents stunning vistas across the area.
Flat owners will also be able to traverse the two structures via sky bridges on the 14th and 26th floors, the newspaper said.
Wong Heang Fine, CEO of CapitaLand Residential Singapore which is developing the site, said: “With Sky Habitat, we are creating a habitat for the future; a condominium that is also a house.”
