Mumbai, July 4 (IANS) He made a roaring comeback to action with “Rowdy Rathore”. Following its success, Bollywood’s ‘khiladi’ Akshay Kumar has shot an action-oriented advertisement.

“Taking up from where I left off in ‘Rowdy Rathore’. Shooting in Kuala Lumpur for one of the most action-oriented ads of my career,” Akshay tweeted.
He also posted a picture of him jumping over a car.
However, the 44-year-old didn’t reveal the product or brand for which he is shooting the ad. In the past, Akshay performed several stunts for aerated drink Thums Up.

Ileana enjoys first Bollywood experience
Southern actress Ileana D’Cruz makes her Bollywood debut with “Barfi!”, and says it’s been an amazing experience for her.
“It’s been amazing. It’s been a mix of everything; chaos, tonnes and tonnes of hard work and emotions. It was loads and loads of fun,” said Ileana.
The film, directed by Anurag Basu, and co-produced by Ronnie Screwvala and Siddharth Roy Kapur of UTV Motion Pictures, also features Ranbir Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra.
Ileana thanks the team for being by her side, and hopes to reunite with them in future.
“Honestly, he (Anurag Basu) is one of the best directors to work with. I cannot thank him enough. I cannot thank Ronnie and Sid enough as well. It’s been lovely working with them and I hope I get the chance to work with them again,” she said.

Sonu’s US tour toughest, but thrilling
Singer Sonu Nigam is spreading cheers across the US with his Klose to my Heart tour, and says it has been his toughest schedule ever.
He is in the midst of his 15-city tour of the US and Canada, which began June 1. He has been loving the experience.
“This tour has been the toughest ever in terms of effort. To the extent that I need to take a break now. Exhausted. But the thrill is addictive,” tweeted Sonu whose tour ends Saturday.
He also suffered chest infection last week.
“Crazy travel schedule coupled with chest infection last week made life difficult. Concerts were blessed though.”
“Winnipeg, Edmonton and LA were memories to cherish. Glad it all went that well. Just landed JFK (John F. Kennedy International Airport), off to Connecticut. Four concerts this week,” he added.
