New Delhi, Sep 9 (IANS) Delhi residents experienced a hot weekend with temperature shooting up to 35.5 degrees, two notches above average, on Sunday. Some rain is likely Monday.
While the minimum temperature settled one notch above average at 26.2 degrees, the humidity wavered between a high and low of 90 and 58 percent.
“The sky will be partly cloudy and and light rains may occur in some areas on Monday,” said an India Meteorological Department official.
The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to hover around 35 and 26 degrees, respectively.
