New Delhi, Oct 1 (IANS) Television actor Gurmeet Choudhary, known for his fitness and six-pack abs, says it is boiled food that helps him keep fit.
“Me and my wife Debina eat boiled food at home not only because we want to be slim, but we like eating it. I don’t like oily and fried foods. As far as my workout regime is concerned, I go for running and hit the gym everyday,” Gurmeet told IANS.
The 28-year-old became a hit on small screen after doing “Geet – Hui Sabse Parayi”. Currently he is seen in Zee TV’s show “Punar Vivah”.
He has also won the fifth season of celebrity dance reality show “Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa”.

Reality shows not Aamna’s cup of tea
Aamna Sharif is back on small screen after a hiatus of five years with “Honge Judaa Na Hum”, but says she does not want to do reality shows.
“I can’t see myself in a reality show. I am a too private person for all that,” Aamna told IANS.
The 30-year-old, who became popular as Kashish with her debut show “Kahiin To Hoga”, tried her luck in Bollywood too with “Aloo Chaat” and “Shakal Pe Mat Ja”, but none could stir the box office.

No production plans, says Rashmi
Television actress Rashmi Desai Sandhu has put an end to the news of producing a show with actor husband Nandish Sandhu, saying that it is not true.
“I don’t know where has this news come from? There are no such plans right now. If we ever do it, we will let everybody know,” Rashmi told IANS.
The 25-year-old, known for her performance in TV show “Uttaran”, participated in the recently concluded dance show reality show “Jhalak Dikhla Jaa 5”. She garnered appreciation for giving flawless performances and was in top three, but lost the title to Gurmeet Choudhary.
