Bidar (Karnataka), Oct 1 (IANS) Ukrainian teenager Oleksandra Korashivilli and India’s Prarthana Thombare provided the first two upsets in the Ashok Kheny $10,000 ITF Bidar Open women’s Futures tennis championship here Monday.

Prarthana, after dropping the first set at 4-6, came back with a spirited display to beat the eighth seeded Pei Chi Lee of Taipei at 4-6, 6-4, 6-4 while Korashivilli prevailed over a fighting fourth seed Rishika Sunkara at 2-6, 6-0, 6-3.
