Sharjah, Oct 1 (IANS/WAM) A 15-year-old boy has become the youngest Emirati to climb Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest peak in Africa.
Moawiya Saleh Al Shunnar, an 11th grader, was able to reach the summit of Kilimanjaro in August after a seven day ascent, with a group of 15 people, five of whom dropped out midway.
Measuring 5,895 metre high, Mount Kilimanjaro is the highest free standing mountain in the world.
