Bhopal, July 21 (Inditop.com) The cases related to cooperative bodies in Madhya Pradesh would be resolved in open courts, state Cooperative Minister Gaurishankar Bisen said Tuesday.
Replying to a question of Jitu Jirati of the Bharatiya Janata Party in the assembly, Bisen said matters pertaining to irregularities in credit cooperative and housing cooperative bodies would be resolved in open courts.
Regarding the case of Mitra Mandal Cooperative Bank, Bisen said as the procedure for dissolving the bank was under way, it was not possible to give an exact time frame by when the money would be returned depositors.
Assembly Speaker Ishwardas Rohani said the government must find out some solution to resolve the matter which involves money of poor people. To this, Bisen said open courts would be organised in big towns and cities to resolve such issues.
