London, July 23 (Inditop.com) The Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh have requested Universal Studios for a copy of the controversial movie “Bruno” starring Sacha Baron Cohen.
“We often get e-mails from important people requesting prints for private screenings. But when we realised it was for the Royals, there were a few chuckles. It isn’t for the faint-hearted,” Thesun.co.uk reported a source at the film studio as saying.
The movie seems an unlikely choice for the Queen and her family to watch since it features a graphic sex scene featuring the character Bruno, his lover and an exercise bike.
For the publicity campaign, Cohen dressed up as a Buckingham Palace guard wearing a Bussy hat and leather hot pants.
“The humour is right up William and Harry’s street — but Prince Philip would probably have a heart attack,” added the source.
