London, July 28 (Inditop.com) Actor Jesse Metcalfe will return to the hit show “Desperate Housewives” and will reprise his role as the gardener.
Metcalfe featured as the good looking gardener John Rowland when the series started in 2004. But he has appeared only once in the past three seasons.
But there are now reports that Metcalfe is set to return in the upcoming sixth season, says contactmusic.com.
“He’ll be on for six to eight episodes, with the possibility of coming back full time. He’ll have a lot of shirtless scenes,” said a source close to the show.
The latest season will be aired in the US in September.
