New Delhi, Aug 13 (IANS) The Lok Sabha was adjourned till noon Tuesday following protests over the riots in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kishtwar town and the BJP members raising the purportedly illegal land deals of Congress chief Sonia Gandhi’s son-in-law Robert Vadra.
As question hour began in the Lok Sabha, some members started protesting over communal violence in Kishtwar.
Amdist the chaos, BJP leader Yashwant Sinha stood up and without naming anyone attacked Vadra.
“We have a number of good business schools in the world over as well in the country, which teach private businessmen how to earn crores (of rupees). But in our country we have a very well connected person who hasn’t gone to B-school but has made crores,” said Sinha.
His statement invited protests from the treasury benches.
As chaos prevailed, Speaker Meira Kumar adjourned the house till noon.
