Raipur, Aug 22 (Inditop.com) A 22-year-old man was arrested for sending 5,231 love messages to a woman in this Chhattisgarh capital, police said Saturday.
Praveen Bhardwaj was arrested and sent to Raipur central jail Thursday after the woman complained of “extreme mental harassment”. The mobile phone details show that Praveen made nearly 4,000 missed calls and 5,231 SMSes in a month, a police officer said.
“Praveen took admission at a private computer training centre in late June and became infatuated with a teacher there. He sent over 5,000 SMSes to her. All messages express his love for the woman,” the officer added.
