Vienna, Feb 18 (IANS) Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister for Legal and International Affairs Seyed Abbas Araqchi Tuesday ruled out the possibility of reaching a comprehensive agreement with six major world powers regarding his country’s nuclear programme in Vienna.
The talks would focus on “setting an agenda”, he told reporters on the first day of the new round of talks, Xinhua reported.
“We did have a very good beginning,” Abbas Araqchi said, “but it depends.”
He told reporters after the first primary session that the atmosphere during the talks was good and the talks were constructive.
