Patna, April 3 (IANS) JD-U president Sharad Yadav Thursday said that neither BJP nor Congress will get majority in the current Lok Sabha elections.
Speaking to media persons here, he also questioned Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi’s claims to bring back the black money stashed in foreign countries if the National Democratic Alliance is voted to power.
“BJP’s election campaign is funded by corporate houses… how can BJP will bring back black money that belonged to these corporates? It is a well-known fact that black money in Swiss banks was not deposited by poor farmers and workers of the country,” he said.
“The party (BJP) which is using money like water in election campaign has concern for capitalists, who funded it. BJP will never bring back black money,” said Sharad Yadav.
He also claimed that he was the first who raised the issue of black money and demanded to bring it back, and only after him did BJP leader L.K.Advani take up the issue.
