Kolkata, April 17 (IANS) Voting for four Lok Sabha seats and two state assembly seats in West Bengal began Thursday, officials said.
Balloting for both is being held simultaneously. A total of 6,023,258 voters, including 2,900,024 women, are eligible to exercise their franchise.
As many as 47 candidates are in the fray for the four parliamentary seats.
