New Delhi: Entertainment firm Pyramid Saimira Theatre Wednesday said it will demerge two of its subsidiaries – Pyramid Saimira Content Distribution and Pyramid Saimira Production International.
The board has already approved the demerger.
The board has also approved to raise $100 million through global depository receipts and annual depository receipts, Pyramid Saimira said in a regulatory statement.
