Mumbai: The corporate affairs ministry has approved the merger of Bharat Refractories, under the steel ministry, with the state-owned behemoth Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL).
“The appointed date of amalgamation is April 1, 2007,” SAIL said in a regulatory statement Friday.
