Former SPICE GIRL MELANIE BROWN has filed a $7 million (£4.7 million) lawsuit against a former business partner for fraud and breach of contract.
According to court documents, Brown and her husband Stephen Belafonte claim they partnered with Dan Catullo in 2008 to set up a company to profit from her “music, touring, merchandising (and) public appearances”.

The couple claims Catullo backed out of the $2 million (£1.3 million) deal and defrauded Brown in numerous instances, including forging her signature on a financial document, reports TMZ.com.
