SNOOP DOGG can add music mogul to his impressive resume – he has just been named the new creative chairman of EMI’s Priority Records.

The rapper will executive produce a series of Priority releases to celebrate the label’s 25th anniversary in 2010, according to Variety.

The company is the home of rap acts such as N.W.A, Eazy-E and Ice Cube.

Snoop Dogg will also release his new album, Malice ‘N Wonderland, on Priority in December (09) – the album will be produced by Dr. Dre and Pharrell Williams, among others, and feature guests including R. Kelly and Soulja Boy.
