JANET JACKSON is purging her grief over the death of brother MICHAEL during filming of her latest movie – she smashed up the set in one emotionally-charged scene.
The singer/actress is currently working on Why Did I Get Married Too?, the sequel to 2007 film Why Did I Get Married?.
It comes just months after the death of her King of Pop brother in June (09) – and the star is still struggling to deal with his sudden passing.
The 43 year old had to smash a series of props for a scene in the movie – and the pent-up rage over the events surrounding her brother’s passing caused her to snap three sturdy golf clubs, according to the movie’s director Tyler Perry.
He tells the New York Daily News, “There’s a scene where Janet was angry and she was supposed to break some things in the house. She broke three golf clubs out of the rage over everything that was happening. She’s a very strong woman.”
