Celebrity designer LLOYD KLEIN will be dressing MICHAEL JACKSON’s sister LA TOYA for the foreseeable future after the singer paid a visit to his House of Couture in Los Angeles on Thursday (10Sep09).
Jackson contacted the designer after hearing he’d styled family friend Natalie Cole for her big comeback at the Hollywood Bowl on Wednesday night (09Sep09).
Klein was delighted when his latest celebrity client asked for a private session with him – because he has always been a fan of the singer and her famous family.
He tells WENN, “She spent 90 minutes here looking at my work and now I am going to give her a couture, high-fashion look. It will be my pleasure and honour to design for her because she’s absolutely divine and very sweet. She’s so easy to work with because she’s a model.”
Klein, who also helps style stars as diverse as Eva Longoria Parker, 90210 star AnnaLynne McCord and Faye Dunaway, has agreed to create special pieces for La Toya Jackson for upcoming TV interviews in New York.
