New Delhi, July 21 (IANS) Hurriyat leader Mirwaiz Umar Farooq once again broke ranks with his hardline separatist colleague Syed Ali Geelani by attending the Eid Milan party hosted by Pakistan Envoy Abdul Basit here on Tuesday.
