The Shah Rukh Khan – Kajol starrer Dilwale that had been on the floor has finally ended the shooting. It is now time for the pre-production department to take over to complete the movie. Boman Irani, the 55 year old veteran actor who is also starring in the film has expressed his deep sadness on the wrap up of the shooting. The movie has quite some cast line up in it with Ajay Devgan, Varun Dhawan, Jonny Lever, Varun Sharma and Kriti Sanon along with the Shah Rukh – Kajol duet in the lead.

Boman Irani has expressed online that he is suffering from withdrawal symptoms as he gets too attached to the movies and the end of shooting feels like a break up for him. He was consoled by his co-star Kriti Sanon on twitter as well.

The movie is directed by Rohit Shetty and is touted to be a romantic action comedy which is very much to expect as it has Shah Rukh Khan for romance, Ajay Devgan for action and Jonny Lever for the comedy. We are expecting this movie to be quite a hit among the audiences, especially with Shah Rukh and Kajol fans who will be sharing the screen together after a very long time.

The movie will be releasing on 18th of December, 2015 and will be on loggerheads at the box office with another movie releasing at that time; the Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s period drama Bajirao Mastani starring Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra. It seems like the battle will be among the classic (Shah Rukh – Kajol) and the contemporary (Ranveer – Deepika) so it is time to get the popcorn ready and settle down to enjoy the show. We wish Dilwale our very best at the box office for when it releases on 18th of December.
