A Mumbai hit-and-run at 5.30am near Atria Mall and the coastal road left a fisherwoman dead after a high-speed BMW crash. Declared dead at Nair Hospital, her husband was injured. The driver, who fled, was detained. Police are investigating car ownership, driver’s age, and connection to politicians, also testing for influence of alcohol.
