On Thursday morning, five Kanwar Yatra pilgrims were electrocuted in Jharkhand’s Latehar district after their vehicle hit an electricity pole and came into contact with a high-tension overhead wire. The incident occurred around 3 am in the Balumath police station area. Three others were injured and admitted to a hospital, authorities confirmed.
